The MX200 is a complete power supply and high-performance linear amplifier module for driving piezoelectric actuators. The MX200 can drive large stack actuators; standard piezoelectric actuators; two wire benders; and three-wire piezoelectric benders requiring a bias voltage. Up to +\-200 V can be achieved in the bridged configuration. Applications include: electro-optics, ultrasound, vibration control, nanopositioning systems, and piezoelectric motors.
